Caterina De Angelis

Profile and experiences

A member of the Genoa law society after having been admitted to the Bar in 2007, Caterina graduated from the University of Genoa with her final paper on constitutional law focusing on the legal impact of the European Convention on Human Rights in the Italian legal system.

Having also been admitted before the Supreme Court of Cassation since 2020, she specializes in criminal law and has a wealth of experience and expertise in various areas of this branch of law, dealing mainly with crimes against the person, property and public administration, with particular care for the interests and rights of the offended or damaged party.
