Anna Pellegrino

Profile and experiences

Before joining Studio Legale Toriello, Anna worked at a leading law firm in Milan, assisting some of the most important banking institutions nationally, overseeing structured finance transactions of particular complexity. She has developed particular expertise in banking transparency, compound (anatocism) and anti-usury interest litigation, and in disputes concerning rights of guarantee, both personal and real.

She lends her expertise to the firm’s banking law department, where she mainly deals with banking and financial law, both through representation and defense in judicial and arbitration litigation, and through the provision of advice and assistance in out-of-court settings.

In recent years, she has focused her attention on the Nonperforming Loans (NPL) market, offering client support during due diligence and portfolio management activities. She has broad and significant experience in bankruptcy law and corporate crisis management, as well as in commercial and corporate litigation.
