The firm assists commercial banks, investment banks, pension funds, investment funds, insurance companies, asset management companies and securities brokerage firms in connection with the structuring, negotiation and execution of a wide range of domestic and international financing and structure finance transactions, including the issuance of bonds and securitization of performing and non-performing loans (NPL).
